Terms of service
These terms cover FiveM script purchases, server hosting, and custom work. By buying or hiring, you accept them. Spanish law applies.
Last updated: 15 September 2026
1. Who we are
Provider: FireCorp
Controller: Cosmin Daniel Rusu
Address: Spain
Email: legal@firecorp.es
Web: https://firecorp.es
FiveM, Cfx.re, ESX, QBCore and QBox are trademarks of their respective owners. FireCorp is not affiliated with Cfx.re. Using our scripts or hosting does not excuse you from FiveM’s rules or from the rules of your own server.
2. What we offer
FireCorp focuses on FiveM servers:
2.1 Scripts
- Catalogue resources for ESX, QBCore or QBox, delivered digitally, with updates while the product is on sale
- Custom scripts when the catalogue does not cover what you need
2.2 FiveM hosting
- Servers on the plans published on the site (RAM, vCPU, disk and player cap)
- DDoS protection on plans that include it
- Help to set up, migrate or tune the server
2.3 Out of scope
- We do not sell FiveM keys or Cfx.re accounts
- We do not host cheats, dumps, leaked assets, or servers that break FiveM’s ToS
3. How you buy
3.1 Catalogue
- The price of a script or hosting plan is the one published at the time of payment
- The purchase is complete when we confirm the charge
- Scripts are delivered through the agreed channel (download, escrow or repository)
3.2 Custom work
- Scope, framework (ESX, QBCore, QBox or standalone), deadlines and price go in a written quote
- Accepting the quote closes the job
- Any change of scope is agreed in writing and may move deadline and price
4. Payment
4.1 Prices
- Prices in euros (EUR), with VAT where it applies
- Hosting: billed in advance, monthly, according to the plan
- Catalogue scripts: one-off payment unless the product says otherwise
- Invoices issued under Spanish tax law
4.2 Methods
- Bank transfer
- Card
- PayPal, when available
- Another method agreed in writing
4.3 Timing
- Catalogue scripts: paid in full before delivery
- Hosting: in advance, at the start of each period
- Custom work: 50% on accepting the quote and 50% on delivery, unless we agree otherwise
- Maximum term on deferred invoices: 30 days
4.4 Late payment and refunds
If a payment is late, statutory interest under Spanish Law 3/2004 may apply, and we may suspend hosting or the licence until you catch up. Digital scripts are not refunded once delivered, except a consumer withdrawal right you have not waived by starting the download, or a defect we cannot fix.
5. Licence and IP
5.1 Catalogue scripts
- You are not buying the source: you buy a licence to run it on one FiveM server
- You may not resell, leak, sublicense or publish the resource
- FireCorp keeps the code, the updates and the product marks
- If we stop selling a script, the licence for what you already paid for still stands, unless you breached these terms
5.2 Custom work
- Code written specifically for you becomes yours once payment is complete
- FireCorp keeps frameworks, libraries and reusable pieces
- You grant us a licence over assets you send (maps, logos, server data) and you warrant you have the right to use them
6. Warranties and limits
6.1 What we cover
- Catalogue scripts: the resource runs on the framework listed on the product page on the day of purchase
- Custom work: three months to fix bugs against the accepted quote
- Hosting: we aim for 99.5% uptime, not counting announced maintenance or FiveM / Cfx.re outages
- Support in Spanish and English, within the plan or product
6.2 What we do not cover
- FireCorp’s liability is capped at the amount paid for that script, plan or job
- We are not liable for third-party mods, FiveM/Cfx.re changes, or how you configure the server
- No compensation for lost profits (players, donations, server economy)
- You keep copies of your resources, databases and TXAdmin. Hosting is not a substitute for your own backup
6.3 Force majeure
We are not liable for outages outside our control: Cfx.re downtime, datacenter network failure, legal changes, or an incident we could not reasonably prevent.
7. Use of the server and scripts
7.1 Allowed
- Run the script on the server it was licensed for
- Use hosting for a lawful FiveM server, within the contracted plan
- Follow Cfx.re / FiveM ToS and the laws that apply to your city’s content
7.2 Not allowed
- Leaking, dumping or redistributing FireCorp scripts or third-party resources
- Cheats, exploits, emulators or any bypass of Cfx.re
- Hosting illegal content, phishing or malware
- Saturating the node so other customers are affected
- Passing a FireCorp script off as your own, or stripping credits the licence requires
7.3 If you breach
We may suspend hosting or revoke the licence without a refund, and claim if a leak or abuse causes us damage.
8. Ending the service
8.1 By you
- Hosting: give 30 days’ notice. The period already paid is not prorated unless we agree in writing
- Custom work in progress: as set out in the quote
- Before you leave, download your resources, SQL and backups. After 30 days we may wipe the server
8.2 By FireCorp
- Breach of these terms or of FiveM’s ToS
- Non-payment for more than 30 days
- 15 days’ notice, except for a serious incident (leak, illegal content, node abuse)
8.3 Effects
- Access to the panel and the server is cut
- A catalogue licence is revoked if you breached; if you cancel hosting yourself and the script was already paid, the licence still applies to your local copy
- IP and confidentiality clauses survive
9. Personal data
Processing of data (purchases, licences, hosting logs and enquiries) is governed by the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
- GDPR and Spanish data-protection law
- You are the controller of your players’ data inside your FiveM server
- FireCorp does not read your city’s content except for support you ask for
10. Law and disputes
10.1 Mediation
If there is a conflict, we try to settle it in writing before going to court.
10.2 Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by Spanish law
- Spanish courts, unless consumer law gives you another forum
- If you buy as a consumer, you keep the rights you cannot contract out of
11. Changes
We may update these terms. A change that actually affects you will be announced at least 30 days ahead.
- Notice to the email you contracted with
- Publication on this page, with the effective date
- Keeping the hosting or downloading script updates means you accept the new version
- If you do not accept it, you can cancel hosting or stop taking updates; a catalogue licence you already paid for is not withdrawn because of a terms change, unless you are in breach
