This is how we handle your data when you buy a FiveM script, hire hosting, or write to us. We follow the GDPR and Spanish law.

  • Pages visited on firecorp.es

  • Scripts purchased, licences issued, and the associated FiveM server
  • Hosting plan, server identifiers, and operational logs
  • Support messages (email, Discord, or the 30-minute call)
  • Billing and payment data needed to charge and invoice you

3. Purposes of Processing

3.1 Delivering scripts and hosting

Legal basis: Performance of a contract
Issuing the script licence, running the FiveM server you hired, and providing the included support.

3.2 Commercial Communication

Legal basis: Consent and legitimate interest
Telling you about updates to a script you already own, or a change to your hosting plan. We do not send third-party ads.

3.3 Legal Compliance

Legal basis: Legal obligation
Meeting tax, accounting and legal obligations.

3.4 Service Improvement

Legal basis: Legitimate interest
Analyzing how our services are used in order to improve them.

4. Data Retention

  • Active customer data: For the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 6 years afterwards to meet legal obligations
  • Contact data: Until you request deletion or withdraw consent
  • Technical data: Maximum 2 years from your last visit
  • Language preference: Up to 12 months, or until you delete the cookie

5. International Transfers

Some of our service providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA):

  • Vercel (United States): Hosting and CDN - Adequacy decision and standard contractual clauses
  • Cal.com: Appointment scheduling - Standard contractual clauses
  • Tebex (Overwolf): FiveM script checkout and Asset Escrow delivery — standard contractual clauses
  • Payment and email providers: Hosting/custom invoicing and support — with GDPR safeguards

All transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access: Know what data we hold about you
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your data
  • Restriction: Restrict processing
  • Portability: Receive your data in a structured format
  • Objection: Object to processing
  • Automated decisions: Not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

firecorp.es uses as few cookies as possible:

  • NEXT_LOCALE: remembers whether you browse in Spanish or English. It is required for the site to work.
  • Third-party ads or analytics: we do not use them on this site.

You can delete the language cookie in your browser. If you do, we will pick a language from your browser settings again.

9. Minors

FiveM scripts and hosting are not aimed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

If you become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate measures.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on our website.

We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
